"Image missing in DP/IA" on Amazon: what it means
A seller reports this rejection for children's sleepwear after uploading compliance documents. The reproduced notification says the detail page lacked product images. If your product is children's sleepwear, the following checks cover the garments and paperwork rather than the image upload problem.
The things you must have
Children's Product Certificate (CPC): You'll issue it using the lab report.
CPSC-accepted lab report: Order lead and flammability testing; a CPSC-accepted lab issues your report.
Tracking label: Ask your factory for product and packaging tracking marks.
Fiber, origin and care labels: Your factory prints these labels; ask for photos.
Check these first
If your pajama set is intended for children, you'll need its Children's Product Certificate when you ask your factory for the documents covering the garments. If your garments are children's sleepwear, ask your factory which sleepwear flammability testing applies to the set when checking the report for the finished garments. If your pajama set has zippers or buttons, check the lead testing for those attachments when reviewing the testing supplied for the complete clothing set. If your pajama set is ready for labeling, you'll need to check its fiber content and care labels with your factory during the garment review. If your pajama set is supplied as children's clothing, check its tracking label with your factory alongside the other labels attached to the finished garments.
