"This product has been identified as a pesticide product, pesticide device, or a product that contains pesticide claims." on Amazon: what it means
A cutting board seller shares a compliance message after editing a listing. The notice requests EPA information or evidence of an exemption. It doesn't establish that the cutting board is a pesticide. If your product actually makes repellent claims, the following checks apply to that situation.
The things you must have
EPA registration, establishment number or exemption: Ask your factory for its EPA registration or establishment number, or its exemption statement.
Country of origin marking: Your factory supplies English markings.
Importer registration and customs bond: Your broker files CBP Form 5106; they'll arrange bonds for formal entries.
Check these first
If your product makes insect repellent claims, you'll need its EPA registration or applicable exemption information when you ask your factory about the repellent's paperwork. If your product is a mosquito repellent, ask your supplier which registration or minimum risk exemption applies when checking the documentation for that repellent product. If your product relies on a minimum risk exemption, check its full ingredient list with your factory when reviewing the label prepared for the repellent. If your product is a pesticide device, you'll need to check the manufacturer's EPA establishment registration when collecting the production information supplied for that device. If your product will be sold in different states, ask about each state's registration rules when checking where you plan to offer the repellent product.
