"This product has been identified as a radio communications jamming device." on Amazon: what it means

The seller reproduces a restriction notice identifying the item as a radio communications jammer and disputes that identification. The post doesn't establish that the dispute succeeded. If your product is a Bluetooth device, check its radio authorization separately from the reported restriction.

The things you must have

Check these first

If your speaker transmits over Bluetooth, you'll need its FCC identification, so ask your factory for the authorization covering the radio used in the speaker. If your speaker contains host digital circuitry, ask your factory for its supplier declaration covering that circuitry when reviewing the documents for the finished speaker. If your speaker uses an authorized radio module, check its module identification and integration instructions with your factory when reviewing the host product's radio paperwork. If your speaker has a changed antenna or custom radio design, you'll need to check whether the finished speaker requires its own FCC identification authorization. If your speaker carries its FCC identification on the body, check that the marking is permanent when you review the factory's labeling for the product.
