"we have not been able to validate the compliance documents you submitted with the issuing test lab." on Amazon: what it means
This excerpt comes from a decline notice reproduced by a seller of power banks. The notice says the documents couldn't be validated with the issuing laboratory. It doesn't establish that the seller's reports were false.
The things you must have
UN38.3 battery test summary: Ask your factory for its test summary; you'll keep it with the battery model's records.
Lithium battery package mark: Your factory marks the battery packaging; you'll ask for photos before shipping.
Country of origin marking: Your factory supplies English markings.
Check these first
If your power bank contains a lithium battery, you'll need its transport test summary, so ask your factory for the summary covering the battery supplied. If your power bank is being checked for battery safety, ask your factory for the power bank safety testing included alongside its lithium transport tests. If your power bank is shipped with lithium batteries, check the lithium battery marking on its packaging when reviewing the transport information from your factory. If your lithium batteries travel separately by air, check the cargo aircraft restriction with your shipper because those batteries can't travel on a passenger aircraft. If your power bank is carried by a passenger, you'll need to check the carry on rules and capacity limits before deciding how it travels.
