"We require tracking label images for compliance validation for your ASIN." on Amazon: what it means

The seller reproduces a notice saying tracking label images hadn't been received and asking for clearer product or packaging information. The post doesn't identify a confirmed fix. If your product is children's art material, the checks below address its paperwork and labeling.

The things you must have

Check these first

If your crayons are intended for children, you'll need their Children's Product Certificate when asking your factory for the product safety paperwork supporting the crayons. If your crayons are sold as children's art materials, ask for the CPSC accepted laboratory report when reviewing the testing documents supplied by your factory. If your crayons are art materials, check that they've had a toxicologist's review when you ask your factory about the hazard assessment for those materials. If your crayons are being prepared for sale, check their tracking label with your factory when reviewing the identification supplied on the finished art materials. If your crayons also count as toys, you'll need to check the additional toy safety and phthalate testing when reviewing the testing for those crayons.
