"The tracking label is not shown on the physical product." on Amazon: what it means
A seller reports repeated rejections because the submitted material didn't show a tracking label on the physical product. The post also describes separate packaging and manufacturer information issues. If your product is a children's toy, the checks below cover its certificate, testing and labels.
The things you must have
Children's Product Certificate (CPC): You'll issue this using lab reports.
Lab test report from a CPSC-accepted lab: Ask this lab for ASTM F963, lead and phthalate reports.
Tracking label: Ask your factory for product and packaging marks.
Check these first
If your toy is intended for children, you'll need its Children's Product Certificate, so ask your factory for that document when checking the product paperwork. If your toy belongs in the children's toy group, you'll need a report from a CPSC accepted laboratory covering the product you're planning to sell. If your toy has paint or a similar surface coating, ask your factory for the coating lead results so you can check that coating's limits. If your toy carries an age recommendation, check its age marking alongside the tracking label when reviewing the labels supplied for the finished toy itself. If your toy is intended for children, ask your factory for its phthalate testing results and check those results against the materials used in production.
