"Battery type is a required attribute" on Walmart: what it means
Walmart documents this WFS setup error for batteries and products containing batteries. Its guide asks sellers to specify the battery type. If your product contains a lithium battery, the checks below address its transport documents and packaging.
The things you must have
UN38.3 battery test summary: Ask your factory for its test summary; you'll keep it with the battery model's records.
Lithium battery package mark: Your factory marks the battery packaging; you'll ask for photos before shipping.
Country of origin marking: Your factory supplies English markings.
Check these first
If your power bank uses a lithium battery, you'll need its transport test summary when collecting the battery documents supplied by the factory making it. If your power bank is shipped with lithium batteries, check the lithium battery packaging mark when reviewing the shipping information supplied for the packaged product. If your battery is shipped separately by air, you'll need to check the cargo aircraft charge restriction when arranging the shipment with your transport provider. If your battery is packed with equipment for air shipment, check the charge restriction with your shipper when preparing that shipment of equipment and batteries. If your power bank is carried by a passenger, check its capacity against the airline approval limits when deciding whether that power bank can travel.
